This target is newly renovated and spacious. They are very well stocked and organized. They have many items I’ve looked for in other locations and couldn’t find! I came in looking for a birthday gift/Father’s Day gift and they had a stand with excellent selections! I highly recommend this location, Target is always amazing but this one is extra!

Even in the middle of day, I was able to get in and out, Supermarket Sweep style. Cleanliness seems to be a priority, as this store seems to remain extremely clean.
Also, the cashiers always seem to be in good spirits and friendly.
Would give a rating of a zero if I could.
I tried calling a total of 9 times check in to see if a shoe was truly in stock after going to another target and they didn’t have it, no one answered the phone I tried calling the apparel team, guest services, and electronics no one answered the phone. I called the Shorewood store someone answered right away! Taking my money to Shorewood.
I like this target. No complaints about the target itself. My rating is regards to the very aggressive man doing carts as I entered. I walked in and he scared me and my little boy when he slammed the carts inside together. It was incredibly loud and also startled the older woman behind us. We grabbed a cart and he yelled “you’re welcome” to the woman who grabbed one behind us. He wouldn’t stop yelling “you’re welcome” till we thanked him. I was at the Starbucks up front a bit later and he was doing it to everyone that came in and grabbed a cart. He was throwing things around and just put a bad taste in my mouth. I’m all about thanking someone and would have without him forcing me to with his aggression. It’s not like he’s not getting paid to do the job of carts. And I personally brought my cart back in after loading my car.
Did a pickup of an online order. Checkout process did not prompt the person who handled the order to scan the SIM at checkout. Got home and the SIM card was not activated. I had to make a second trip back to the store. Target: you should know better--it's printed right on the packaging.
I'm so sad about what Target has become. I used to LOVE Target, but it's definitely on the decline. The newer layouts are cluttered and confusing, and the prices aren't even good. I came Bolingbrook Target to find a sweater that I wanted and the women's department looks like a messy teenager's closet. I honestly couldn't believe what a mess it was. Only videos and photos would make this believable. I don't really even want to go to Targets anymore because of how much they've fallen. Meijer is my new fave. It's how Target once was.
Target has marketing down to a science. The shelves are neatly organized and displayed to encourage you to buy. The merchandise is trendy and on point. I love coming to this Target because the parking lot is easy to navigate and the self check out kiosks make check out fast. I always find something at Target!
Recently renovated Target to a more modern, rustic new look. I have always been a Target lover.
We could shop there for hours on end. Food, snacks, milk, yogurt, eggs, processed & dry foods, women clothing, women's athletic clothing, women's shoes, men's clothing, baby everything section, toys section, home decor, towels & bedding, pharmacy, toiletries, beauty products, movies & music. Love it all. Highly recommended.
The lines for checking out were not long either.
